The purpose of this policy is to inform users of the types of cookies used, their placement, the manner and purpose of using cookies for the website www.moon.ro, owned by MOON RESORT SRL (hereinafter referred to  as MOON  ) ,  Romanian legal entity, with registered office in Oraș Bușteni, Strada Căprioarei no. 27, CF 25494 Bușteni, Prahova County, registered in the trade register under no. J29/2362/2020, having CUI 42044711 .

This policy is supplemented by the Privacy and Security Policy of the processing of personal data of MOON RESORT SRL and the relevant legislation in force.

This policy may be revised by MOON from time to time and users will be notified accordingly if such changes occur.

• What are cookies?

Cookies are small files, with alpha-numeric format, which have a unique identifier, stored on the hard disk or in the browser of the equipment used (desktop, tablet, smartphone, laptop, etc.) by the user.

Although some anti-virus and anti-spyware programs can detect them, cookies are not spyware or computer viruses, in reality they are just text, which cannot perform any operation, cannot auto-run and cannot be executed.

Cookies help the website to work more efficiently on the user’s device and provide statistical information to the website administrator to be adequately informed about its improvement, in order to adapt to the user’s requirements, preferences and interests.

• What data is collected through cookies?

Although there are certain cookies (for marketing, statistics, preferences) that can collect personal user data, i.e. IP address, most cookies do not collect personal data of the website user.

None of the cookies used on the website  www.moon.ro store personal data of the user, within the meaning of the GDPR regulation, namely address, name and surname, etc.
