The mobile cabins at MOON Resort instantly give you a sense of well-being the moment they appear in your field of view. They have a “magical” ability to draw you in, inviting you to discover them — and you won’t resist stepping inside.

To offer you the best possible experience at MOON Resort, we have established a series of general rules that we kindly bring to your attention and which you are obligated to respect, starting from the moment you make a reservation and throughout your stay at MOON Resort.

Guests staying at MOON Resort must respect the behavioral rules valid within the resort’s perimeter, designed and implemented out of respect for all guests and their comfort. Failure to follow these general rules gives the resort’s representatives the right to refuse accommodation and/or to select their clientele.

Presentation of MOON Resort accommodation units and facilities

“MOON” is the first mobile cabin resort in Romania, a unique project equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

“MOON” is a paradise to retreat to, hidden from the world — a high-class hideaway where you escape the everyday rush.

The MOON resort is located just 300 m from Cantacuzino Castle, 2.1 km from Kalinderu Ski Slope, 2.3 km from Caraiman Monastery, 2.4 km from Babele and the Sphinx, and 4.8 km from Urlătoarea Waterfall.

The resort offers:
● 8 Moon Juliet mobile cabins
● 3 Moon Calisto mobile cabins
● 2 Moon Chalet apartments
All available for rental.

Parking is available on the street, in front of or behind the cabins, following the signs placed on the fences.

The cabins are fully furnished, equipped, and include:

• Fully equipped bathrooms with 100L electric boilers
• Kitchenette with microwave, electric hob, coffee machine, kettle, tableware (plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups), refrigerator, etc.
• Electric fireplace (controls located above the unit: right buttons for extra heat, left button for light)
• Heating system with electric panels (activated from the button on the radiator near the entrance; temperature adjusted via the arrow controls)
• Internet, TV cable, Netflix
• Air conditioning
• Private grill for each cabin (outdoor)

Guests are informed that both the equipment and condition of each cabin will be inspected at check-out. After departure, each cabin is sanitized and disinfected.

For guests passionate about ATVs, off-road excursions, or mountain hikes, the resort offers the possibility to book activities directly, starting right from the cabins. Activities and schedules may vary by season; staff will provide all necessary information on site.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations for MOON cabins can be made online at www.moon-resort.ro, on booking.com, by email (relax@moon-resort.ro), or by phone (0747.133.460 / 0747.133.461).

A reservation is considered valid only after the guest receives written confirmation from MOON Resort, and only subject to availability.

The guest understands and accepts that cancelling a confirmed reservation more than 3 days after payment results in loss of the paid advance.

Rescheduling (moving the booking earlier or later) can only be made with the resort’s prior approval and depending on availability. If the guest booked a special package and wishes to reschedule to a period when the resort does not offer that package or special offer, the guest understands and accepts that: ● they must arrive during the period when the purchased offer/package is available, or ● they will lose the entire advance paid. In such cases, regular rescheduling rules do not apply.

If the guest has booked a special package and wishes to reschedule to a period in which the resort does not offer that special package and/or special offer, the guest understands and accepts that they must either arrive during the period in which the originally purchased offer/package is available, or they will lose the entire advance paid to the resort (if such an advance was required and paid). In this situation, the rules above regarding rescheduling do not apply, even if cabins are available in that period.

All reservations will be finally confirmed and completed only upon payment in advance of ½ of the total value of the services ordered by the guest.

Guests may join a waiting list if the desired dates are fully booked. They will be contacted if a cabin becomes available.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

● Check-in: from 16:00 to 21:00
● Early check-in: not available
● Late check-in: not available
● Check-out: until 11:00

Checking out after 11:00 is not allowed and will automatically incur the cost of an additional night.

Children of any age are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied minors cannot be accommodated.

Accommodation requires presenting an ID and filling out the check-in form. By signing it, the guest acknowledges and accepts all resort rules.

Personal data processing is mandatory for providing services; refusal makes accommodation impossible.

Payments for remaining balance are made after completing the check-in form.

Early departure does not entitle the guest to refunds or compensation.

Extending the stay requires contacting the resort at least 24 hours in advance; approval is subject to availability and must be paid in advance.

BEHAVIOR RULES AT MOON RESORT

Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside cabins. Allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

Pets are not allowed. Guests arriving with pets will be refused accommodation; any paid advance will be retained.

Guests are responsible for their belongings; the resort is not liable for losses or theft.

Damaging resort property requires financial compensation. Items are listed in the inventory found in each cabin.

Internet is available but the resort is not responsible for temporary outages.

Guests must maintain cleanliness and use trash bins.

Exceeding the maximum number of guests per cabin is strictly prohibited.

No dress code, but decent and respectful attire is encouraged.

Barbecues must be used without disturbing other guests and must be cleaned after use

Music is allowed at a volume that does not disturb other guests.

Guests should avoid entering cabins with outdoor footwear

Large luggage should be placed in the designated storage area near the bathroom door.

Breakfast is available for purchase at reception.

Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00 (strictly). Even outside this interval, guests must behave respectfully.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints regarding services must be made immediately, during the stay. Complaints after departure cannot be considered.

MOON encourages guests to report any issues promptly; staff will take all necessary steps to resolve them as quickly as possible.

The resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests who do not comply with conduct rules, are intoxicated, rude, or aggressive, disturb others, or harm the resort’s reputation.

MOON ensures that all efforts are made to offer guests an unforgettable stay, away from the world.
