RESERVATIONS

Reservations for MOON cabins can be made online directly on www.moon.ro, on booking.com, by email (relax@moon.ro), or by phone (0747.133.460).

A reservation is considered completed only after the guest receives a reservation confirmation from the MOON resort and only within the limits of the resort’s availability. MOON și numai în limita disponibilității resortului.

CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING OF RESERVATIONS

Reservation cancellations can be made by calling 0747.133.460 or by emailing relax@moon.ro, specifying the reason for the cancellation. Cancellation can only be made with the resort’s approval, based on the guest’s request sent to the resort. The guest understands and accepts that if the cancellation is made more than 3 days after the payment was completed, the advance paid will be lost.

Rescheduling (moving the reservation earlier or later) can be made only with the prior approval of the resort, based on the guest’s request sent to the resort. The guest understands and accepts that rescheduling will be approved only depending on the availability of reservations for the requested period.

If the guest has booked a special package and wishes to reschedule to a period in which the resort does not offer that special package and/or special offer, the guest understands and accepts that they must either arrive during the period in which the originally purchased offer/package is available, or they will lose the entire advance paid to the resort (if such an advance was required and paid). In this situation, the rules above regarding rescheduling do not apply, even if cabins are available in that period.

All reservations will be finally confirmed and completed only upon payment in advance of ½ of the total value of the services ordered by the guest.
